I want to eat healthily

It's important that children eat properly and get lots of exercise to build a healthy body. If they're carrying too much fat in their bodies, they're at greater risk of heart disease and diabetes in later life. If they're underweight it's just as important for them to eat healthy food and be active.

If you'd like you and your family to eat more healthily, the Healthy Borough Programme has a number of projects on offer to help you get started. From cooking classes to awards for food outlets with healthier offerings we're doing what we can to enable you to make the healthy choice.

Change 4 Life has produced a Top Tips for Top Kids booklet full of tip to keep you and your children feeling great.
